An onsite skills program built for right now
Not a lecture series, and not a scheme promising fast money. A practical program that puts real, sellable skills in your hands. You learn first, then you earn.
You'll train onsite, at a center near you, in one of the 36 states across Nigeria. It's open to anyone 17 and older, including secondary school leavers, university students, NYSC members, job seekers, and anyone with a dream and no clear way to fund it. Joining costs nothing.
You don't need a laptop or a phone to start. FHG provides what you need until you have your own. All you bring is something to write with, and a mindset ready to learn, explore, and put the knowledge to use.
Every skill you learn comes with a second lesson: how to monetize it. Alongside the technical training, you'll also pick up the things that make any career work: leadership, people management, and analytical thinking. No knowledge learned here goes to waste.

Why FHG exists
FHG is a youth development organization focused on equipping young Nigerians with digital skills, and just as importantly, with the leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills that make those digital skills usable in the real world. Alongside our digital skills training, we also work in network marketing, harnessing connection and innovation to help people build income, not just learn a craft.
Our belief is simple: no skill or knowledge is ever wasted. Technology and the resources already around us hold more opportunity than most young people are shown. Since 2016, FHG has helped train over 10,000 Nigerian youth, not only to learn digital skills, but to stand independently, earn on their own, and go on to impact other youth the same way they were impacted. Youth Development Coordinator, FHG
Prosper Olaoluwa
Prosper is from Nigeria, and was a university student himself before joining the opportunity he now leads. Training with FHG gave him a way to fund his own studies and support himself, and it's the same avenue he now works to open up for others.
He has a genuine passion for learning, research, and teaching, and for helping and inspiring the people around him. His hope is to be someone others can look to and follow.
Alongside FHG, Prosper works as a career branding specialist, positioning candidates for visibility in a competitive job market and helping them prepare documents that meet modern recruitment standards and stand out among other applicants. He's also a job search strategist, helping candidates find roles that fit their profile and guiding them through the application process from start to finish.
He designs websites on Shopify, Wix, and WordPress, builds apps, and has worked as a search engine evaluator with Appen, helping train AI systems to better understand what people are actually asking for. As a network marketer, he connects people across regions to opportunity, and lives by a simple idea: your network determines your net worth. As he puts it, one tree can't make a forest, so people need to build connections and numbers together.
Prosper is a person of faith, and plays several musical instruments in his free time.
